Lower tiers start with the most-used engines (Starter: ChatGPT + Gemini) and higher tiers unlock the full set. Shopping engines and ad surfaces are coming for Enterprise.

What happens after my free trial ends?

When we bring you off the waitlist we set you up on Starter, with no credit card and nothing charged automatically. When the trial ends, we confirm next steps with you before any billing begins.

Can I switch plans at any time?

Yes. Self-serve businesses can choose a paid plan from billing when they are ready, including after a trial has started or ended. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades take effect at the start of the next billing cycle. Enterprise and agency plans are handled with the sales team.

Yes! Annual billing saves you 20% compared to monthly pricing. Annual plans are paid upfront for the full year. Upgrades can happen anytime with a prorated charge. Downgrades and cancellations take effect at the end of your annual cycle.

How are AI prompts counted?

Accepted Answer

A prompt response is one prompt checked against one engine, one time — so the math is prompts × engines × how often you refresh. Fifteen prompts across two engines is about 130 responses a month on a weekly refresh, or about 900 on a daily one. Each plan includes a monthly pool (1,000 on Starter, 9,000 on Growth, 15,000 on Scale, custom on Enterprise) across the engines your plan covers. There is no limit on how many analysis runs or refreshes you make: the pool is the only cap, so you are never charged per report or blocked from re-running one.
